If you are all about PS2 gaming, then I strongly suggest using any 4.46 Cobra CFW build such as Rogero/Cobra, Habib/Cobra, unofficial REBUG/COBRA and etc. Non-BC consoles do not have this problem, however it still requires wired connectivity with controller pads. you cant see them, but the options still work.
